Audrey Luft, President and Owner

Audrey Luft is our Lead Visionary and has over 40 years of industry experience. She is uniquely positioned for success in our industry because she understands the contemporary workforce and how the world of work has changed. She has been both a job seeker and an employer and is able to leverage this experience to offer the best, most personal customer service experience to our candidates and clients.

Through Audrey’s philanthropic nature, Manpower contributes to organizations that support children and youth, seniors, immigrants, and sponsor the health and education of Albertans. Audrey was inducted into the Alberta Business Hall of Fame in May 2011. Her dedication to the quality of life for all Canadians has been an ongoing commitment and she has been recognized with numerous awards.

Randy Upright, Chief Executive Officer

Randy Upright is our Chief Executive Officer and is focused daily on the success of our clients. Ensuring that clients, candidates and our employees are winning in the changing world of work is his top priority. He inspires our people to live our vision and values and builds a culture of success for everyone.

As the Vice President of ACSESS (Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services) and a member of the Board of Governors of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), Randy is committed to workforce development in Canada. In addition, SAIT is a community leader working with industry to promote applied research and innovation.

Randy works with Manpower and many other organizations, and is committed to: Calgary Economic Development’s Global Business Development Committee; The Ethics Committee; The Government Relations Committee; The Best Practices Working Group; and The Federal Government Temporary Foreign Worker Committee.
