The survey asks a pool of 1,936 employers in Canada across all sectors the same question: What are your hiring trends for the next 3 months? Employers will respond with 4 answers: Increase, Decrease, Stay the Same or “Unsure.” Based on these results, Manpower is able to determine what the hiring trends are for each sector over the next quarter.
