TECHCareers, a Manpower Alberta Program, is a no-cost government-funded training program, offering five programs of study: Data Analytics, Digital Marketing with UI/UX Design and Full Stack Developer, in partnership with SAIT, and Cybersecurity and AR/VR Software Development & Design, in partnership with ReTrain Canada, to provide Albertans with professional skills to pivot into the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) fields.

Data Analytics
- Receive Data Analysis training and foundation in analytics, predictive analytics tools, probability, statistics, and develop the ability to solve practical problems in business scenarios, answering business questions, and predict opportunities & possibilities (includes Data Analysis and Dimensional Modeling, Statistics using Python and ML, Data Literacy, and Business Analytics).

Cybersecurity
- Cybersecurity Training For Immigrants is designed in partnership with ReTrain Canada to provide Cybersecurity training to Immigrant Albertans seeking employment in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field with a specialization in Cybersecurity.

Program Structure
- 1 week of employability skills training
- 12 weeks of technical training
- 4 weeks of unpaid work experience
- 3-month access to job placement assistance
