It is my honour to serve as Manpower Alberta’s Chief Executive Officer, working closely with our leadership team, community, clients and associates in the rapidly changing world of work. We are in exciting and unchartered territory regarding the future of work. I am focused on bringing together the elements that will drive success for our clients, candidates and team.
I am passionate about preparing the next generation with work-readiness skills, accelerating women into leadership, supporting new Canadians into meaningful opportunity, and creating a positive impact for our community. I am dedicated to this moment in Canadian history and am committed to contribute to learning and action that supports our First Nations, Metis and Inuit communities. I acknowledge those who have cared for our communities, mountains, rivers and plains since time eternal, who have laid the foundation for the work that we do today.
Randy has served many local and national boards in economic development, the community serving space, and education sector. He is currently engaged with ACSESS (Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services) National Board. Randy also volunteers at the University of Calgary, Cumming School of Medicine Admissions Committee.

Zak is a highly energetic and passionate staffing leader with substantial experience in strategic business planning, market analysis, and focused sales management. A veteran of the human capital industry, Zak has served a wide range of clients, advising leaders on labour strategies, employee acquisition and retention, and talent development. Zak is responsible for the continued growth and expansion of Manpower, with some highlight focal areas including trades, IT, Engineering, Banking and Finance, and Healthcare. Zak is the architect of many programs and services uniquely tailored to the needs of Manpower’s diverse client base. Zak is passionate about and often called upon to discuss industry topics such as workplace trends and changing market conditions. Though Zak considers Manpower his family, he is also focused on raising his son and daughter and staying connected to family across Canada.
Angelah is a visionary, dedicated to the upskilling and manufacturing of the workforce of tomorrow. She is laser-focused on profound outcomes for Manpower’s workforce development clients, across multiple brands. She is agile, creative, and an architect of career development strategies that allow her clients to create and transform their future. An advocate for closing the gender gap in the world of work, Angelah has dedicated her career to further the interests of women in the workplace, welcoming and creating pathways for immigrants, and focusing on those not properly represented in senior and decision-making leadership roles.
Angelah is a remarkable individual with a unique blend of cultural heritage and a deep appreciation for her adopted home, Canada. As a Kenya-born Canadian, she carries a profound sense of gratitude towards Canada and its citizens, which ignites her burning desire to give back and create a positive impact for others. Her journey is guided by her relentless enthusiasm and passion for empowering others to embrace their uniqueness, take charge of their education, career, and overall well-being, and thrive in a world of boundless opportunities. In her role as Chief Strategist; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Angelah is called upon to regularly present and share her point of view.
With a background in Law and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, specializing in Human relations, Angelah brings a unique blend of knowledge and expertise to drive effective workforce development and diversity initiatives. In addition to her significant portfolio with Manpower she is an avid networker, community builder and shares her passion through extensive volunteering. Further, Angelah serves as a Community Champion, Advisory Group Member and Mentor at CRIEC. Her countless speaking events include the Women In Need Society and the Calgary Public Library. Immigrant Services Calgary and the Calgary Local Immigrant Partnership Employment Working Group have also provided a platform for Angelah to contribute to improving newcomer experiences.
Beyond Alberta, Angelah’ s commitment to guiding, empowering, and teaching the leaders of tomorrow has led her to volunteer for organizations such as Children International Summer Villages, World University Service Canada, UNICEF, Halifax Regional Police Youth Program and more. Angelah resides in Calgary with her partner and two sons, drawing inspiration and support from her family as they collectively strive to create a more inclusive prosperous future for individuals and communities alike.

Rohith is a dynamic, results-driven leader currently serving as Associate Director at Manpower Alberta, where he oversees the operations and performance of workforce development programs across the province. With over a decade of experience in operations, engineering, and strategic program management, he brings a unique cross-sector perspective to employment programming. A champion of operational excellence and community impact, Rohith advances Manpower’s mission to empower individuals, connect talent to opportunity, and build a resilient workforce. His leadership focuses on aligning services with labour market needs, fostering inclusive, employer-responsive programs, and promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and people-first values. A certified PMP with a Master’s in Engineering, he blends technical expertise with business acumen to lead transformative projects, enhance organizational performance, and deliver sustainable results. Renowned for his strategic vision and genuine commitment, Rohith leads innovative workforce solutions that inspire individual success and support meaningful growth across Alberta
